Hi everyone, hope you are all doing well – today I have more Rainbow Honey polishes to share with you. I mentioned in previous posts, these are bloggers sample sizes (they are sold in 15ml bottles) and were kindly sent by Nailpolishcanada.com for my honest review. Don’t know about you guys but I am 100% over Winter, I need some warmer days ahead and I needed a change from the dark and nude polishes I seem to be wearing.
Rainbow Honey ‘Apple Kid’ – is a gorgeous hot pink polish infused with blue shimmer particles and is part of their “Summer of 199x” Collection. This is one of the most unique hot pink polishes I own & as I have stated before, this is such an amazing Indie brand!
It was opaque on two coats, dried within 10 minutes, this polish was an absolute DREAM to work with! This is a definite must have if you love pink polishes! What’s lovely about it is that it looks equally as beautiful on the fingers as it does on the toes.
This photo captures the pigmented, saturated pink base colour and the formula was smooth and consistent. I have recently been getting into pink polishes so for me I own nothing like this so I might be getting the regular 15ml size soon!
Rainbow Honey ‘XoXo’ – And you all know I can’t ever leave a manicure alone for more than 3 days so I added this gorgeous glitter comprised of various red and gold sized hexagonal particles with holographic glitter in the mix. This polish is a part of their ‘Sweet Talk Collection’.
I LOVED how this turned out and the formula on this glitter polish was one of the easiest I have ever worked with! Did not have to manipulate the glitter particles at all – once again I have nothing but amazing things to say about Rainbow Honey polishes!
Thank you to Nailpolishcanada.com for sending these polishes & if you are interested in purchasing this polish, you can use the promo codeILOVENAILBLOGS to recieve $5 off your purchase!! This promo code expires March 31st, 2014!
