Hi everyone, so I recently posted a pic on my Instagram account (follow me there for tons of material, it’s my favourite app) and one of you inquired on the recipe so I decided to share it with all of you!! It’s super easy, healthy and delicious! I tend to eat it very frequently and I use it as a side dish as well to baked salmon/fish, chicken etc. While, I love to cook – I’m still a work in progress, I do have some signature dishes however I’m not close to the expertise as my mom, sister, friends or family. But I want to live healthy and the first step is in making better food choices so here we go.
Greek Salad Recipe
1 green pepper
5-6 Kalamata olives
Baby tomatoes (as desired)
Red onion chopped (as desired)
Pinch of fresh Oregano (sprinkled when served)
– you can add lettuce if you want but it is not necessary.
(truth be told – I use the good ol’ fashion eye ball for measurements lol)
*Shake very well and serve over the Greek Salad*
It’s honestly as easy as that! Fresh vegetables, no cooking required and it’s healthy to eat! Not to mention tasty! Give it a try next time you’re serving salad for dinner or an event!
